Is Invitely free to use?
Yes! Invitely is completely free. You can create invitations, track RSVPs, manage your guest list, and use our full wishlist feature at no cost. No credit card required.
Can I create multiple events?
Yes, create as many events as you need. Whether it's one big party or multiple celebrations throughout the year, you can manage them all on Invitely.
How many guests can I invite?
There's no guest limit. Invite 20 kids or 200 — it's all the same price: free. You control the guest list however you need.
Can I customize the invitation design?
Yes! Choose from 19 beautiful pre-designed templates (dinosaurs, space, superheroes, art studios, and more). Each template has your event details, guest list, and RSVP link built in.
How does the RSVP system work?
Send your guests a private invite link. They tap 'Yes,' 'Maybe,' or 'No' — no account needed. You see responses in real-time and can track headcount easily.
Can guests add items to the wishlist?
Yes. You set up a gift wishlist with links to items (or create items manually). Guests tap 'I'll bring this' on any item, and everyone sees it's claimed so there's no duplication.
Is my guest data secure?
Yes, guest data is encrypted and stored securely. You own your data completely and can export or delete it anytime.
Can guests RSVP without creating an account?
Exactly. Guests just tap their answer on your invite link. No signup, no login, no apps to download. It takes ten seconds.
Can I see who's coming and who hasn't responded?
Yes. You see the full guest list, RSVPs, and who still needs to respond. One reminder before your deadline usually gets the holdouts to commit.
Can I export guest information?
Yes, you can see all guest info (name, email if they provided it, RSVP status) on your invite page. Keep it organized however you need.
What happens after my event?
Your event stays on Invitely forever, and you can keep all your guest info and RSVPs. The invite link works until you delete it.
