Terms of Service

Effective: August 20, 2026

1. Agreement

Invitely (joininvitely.com) is operated by Ivan Paskhin ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using Invitely, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The service

Invitely lets you build event invitations, share a link with guests, collect RSVPs, and maintain a gift wishlist. Guests don't need an account to respond.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an Invitely account. Guests don't need an account and can RSVP at any age.

4. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at info@joininvitely.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add — titles, descriptions, guest lists, and any images you link to. By adding content, you give us the license we need to host, display, and transmit it as part of running the service (for example, showing your invitation to the guests you invite).

You're responsible for the content you add, including any image URLs you link to. You confirm that:

  • you have the right to use and link to any image or content you add;
  • your content doesn't infringe anyone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights; and
  • your content isn't illegal, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise prohibited under Section 6.

6. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use Invitely to host, link to, or share:

  • child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any content that sexually exploits minors;
  • non-consensual intimate imagery;
  • pornographic or obscene material;
  • content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights;
  • content that's illegal, threatening, harassing, or defamatory;
  • malware or content designed to compromise a device or account; or
  • spam or content that impersonates another person or organization.

We may remove content, disable a link, or suspend or terminate an account that violates this section, without notice, at our sole discretion. If we become aware of CSAM, we will report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law.

7. Reporting content & copyright (DMCA)

If you find content on Invitely that you believe is illegal, infringes your rights, or violates Section 6, use the "Report image" link on the invitation page or email info@joininvitely.com. For copyright claims under the DMCA, our designated agent for notices is:

Ivan Paskhin — Invitely
Email: info@joininvitely.com

We aim to respond to reports within 5 business days, and we'll terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

8. Our intellectual property

Aside from the content you add, Invitely's software, invitation templates, and branding are owned by us. These Terms don't give you any right to copy, resell, or reverse-engineer them.

9. No warranty

Invitely is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Invitely, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount (if any) you paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you submit or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violating these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll update the effective date above when we do. Continuing to use Invitely after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
